Celebrating the renewed Greater Manchester VCFSE Accord
Join us for a celebration of the renewed Greater Manchester VCFSE Accord (2026–2035) – a shared commitment that sets out how the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) sector and public sector partners, including the health and care system, will work together over the next decade.
Following its signing on 27th March 2026, this celebration will bring together VCFSE organisations, public sector leaders and system partners from across Greater Manchester to celebrate the role of the VCFSE sector, showcase what we have achieved together so far, and explore how we build on this.
About the Accord
The GM VCFSE Accord is the foundation for how our sectors work together. It reflects our shared vision, values and principles for collaboration - recognising the unique strengths, knowledge and impact of the VCFSE sector, and the importance of fair, trusting and effective partnerships.
It builds on a decade of collaboration, setting out a clear framework to support:
- Stronger, more equal partnerships
- Better outcomes for Greater Manchester’s residents, communities, places and the environment.
- A sustainable, resilient VCFSE sector
- More effective public services shaped with communities
Read the Accord summary for an overview of its priorities and a full list of signatories.
