GM Good Employment Charter The Good Practice Community - Coffee Morning
The Good Practice Community - Coffee Morning is an opportunity to discuss good employment practice with likeminded people-managers.
This event is open to supporters and members of the GM Good Employment Charter only.
There will be informal roundtables discussions* to facilitate peer to peer learning, where attendees can ask each other questions on practice and their approach to common challenges. The roundtable discussion topics will be:
- Supporting Learning and Development
- Initiatives to Attract and Retain Talent
- Wellbeing Support Across an Organisation
We will be announcing our roundtable co-chairs in due course.
After the discussions there will be a networking session and the opportunity to learn more about joining the Good Employment Charter from one of the team, for those not yet engaged.
This event is aimed at HR professionals, people managers and those who can affect change within organisations. This event is exclusive to employees working at organisations who are Supporters or Members of the Good Employment Charter.
