GM VCFSE Accord delivery highlights October to December 2025

The Accord is a three-way collaboration agreement between the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (including Transport for Greater Manchester), NHS GM and the VCFSE Sector represented by the GM VCFSE Leadership Group, based in a relationship of mutual trust, working together, and sharing responsibility.

Its purpose is to further develop how we work together to improve outcomes for Greater Manchester’s communities and citizens.

This quarterly update shares more about the priorities and activities of each work area including population health, commissioning and investment, communications, VCFSE ecosystem and localities, equalities, and influencing and involvement.
