Job description
To provide inclusive, efficient and proactive administrative support for the Greater Manchester Equality Alliance (GM=EqAl).
This role will ensure the smooth scheduling and coordination of meetings, communications, and engagement activities with the Equalities-led Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) sector across Greater Manchester.
The postholder will work flexibly to manage key administrative processes, support accessible engagement, and contribute to effective communication across multiple workstreams.
Working hours: 7 hours per week (0.2 FTE) worked as two half-days each week (flexible which days, but must be split across two separate days).
Salary: £6,111.80 per annum (0.2 FTE), based on a full-time equivalent of £30,559 per annum. For this fixed-term contract of 5 months, the total pro-rated salary will be £2,546.60 before tax.
Working arrangement: Hybrid working (to be agreed with line manager).
Contract: Fixed term until 31st December 2025
