The Resilience Hub was set up in response to the Manchester Arena Attack in 2017 to co-ordinate care and support for thousands of children, young people and adults whose mental health and/or emotional wellbeing was affected.
Since then, we have grown and developed to provide a range of specialist, psychological support services to help people affected by trauma.
Their services include:
Critical incident and trauma service: support to health and care colleagues in Greater Manchester who have been involved in critical incidents and trauma in work
Trusted relationships: highly qualified therapists based within all of Greater Manchester’s complex safeguarding teams, to support colleagues.
Pathfinder partnership: working with other NHS and charity organisations to support survivors of sexual abuse and assault.
