This toolkit brings together tools and examples of participation in action across the city region, including practical approaches and examples to spark ideas, build confidence and equip people to work differently with communities at every level.
The Greater Manchester Participation Playbook was co-designed by a group of participatory practitioners and community members all based in Greater Manchester but global leaders in each of their fields.
It is designed to equip both public sector and community organisations across Greater Manchester to embrace seven key participatory approaches:

- Digital Democracy
- Participatory Design
- Community Reporting
