Poverty continues to be one of the most pressing challenges facing communities across Greater Manchester. It affects every aspect of life; from health and education to employment and housing, restricting opportunities and deepening inequality.
This Tackling Poverty Toolkit has been developed by NHS Greater Manchester, with support from their strategic partner, Resolve Poverty, as a practical and empowering resource for the Greater Manchester Integrated Care Partnership to address poverty as a determinant of poor health and inequalities.
