Beth Warriner

Beth is the Chief Operating Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer at Bolton CVS, leading on strategy, systems and people to strengthen organisational effectiveness and support a high‑performing team. She brings more than a decade of experience across the VCSE sector, working in both strategic and operational roles with a focus on culture, collaboration and communities.

Alongside her role at Bolton CVS, Beth works for a national youth sport charity, supporting community sport organisations locally and developing LGBTQ+ inclusion support across the North West. She brings specialist expertise in LGBTQ+ inclusion, youth work, community engagement, violence reduction, project management and strategic influence.
