Khadija is the Founder and Director of Bolton-based KRIMMZ Girls Youth Club.
KRIMMZ Girls Youth Club is a community-led organisation based in Bolton, UK, dedicated to supporting the development, wellbeing, and empowerment of young people, with a focus on girls from ethnically diverse and underrepresented backgrounds.
Khadija has spent more than a decade supporting Muslim girls and women from diverse backgrounds through leadership, wellbeing and community development programmes. She also serves as a Chaplain at Royal Bolton Hospital, providing faith-based pastoral support to people of all faiths and beliefs.
